What we build
Garages, Shops and Barns
Enclosed metal garages, work shops and barns built to order with 14-gauge framing. Sheet metal is 29 gauge standard, 26 gauge available. Certification is an add-on priced by size and is rated for 140 MPH wind.
Barndominium Shells and Kits
We build the barndominium shell — we do not do interior finish-out such as framing, plumbing, electrical or fixtures. We also offer kits, where we supply the material and you build it, which saves about 10% off the installed price.

About Dunrite Metal Buildings

Every building is new and built to order, so you pick the size and layout you need. Framing is 14-gauge, and sheet metal comes 29 gauge as standard with 26 gauge available. Certification is an add-on priced by size; a certified building is rated for 140 MPH wind. The price we quote you includes delivery, installation and anchoring. Local sales tax is on top of that, and someone on our team will go over it with you. A deposit gets your building ordered, and the balance is due once the building is built. We take card, check or money order. We also build barndominium shells, though we do not handle interior finish-out such as framing, plumbing, electrical or fixtures. We do not sell or install insulation either; once your building is up, we recommend calling a local spray-foam company. If you would rather build it yourself, we can supply the material as a kit, which saves about 10% off the installed price.
