About Dunrite Metal Buildings

Dunrite Metal Buildings builds carports, garages, barns, shops, RV covers and combination buildings that put covered and enclosed space under one roof. Every building is new and built to order, so you pick the size and layout you need. Framing is 14-gauge, and sheet metal comes 29 gauge as standard with 26 gauge available. Certification is an add-on priced by size; a certified building is rated for 140 MPH wind.

The price we quote you includes delivery, installation and anchoring. Local sales tax is on top of that, and someone on our team will go over it with you. A deposit gets your building ordered, and the balance is due once the building is built. We take card, check or money order.

We also build barndominium shells, though we do not handle interior finish-out such as framing, plumbing, electrical or fixtures. We do not sell or install insulation either; once your building is up, we recommend calling a local spray-foam company. If you would rather build it yourself, we can supply the material as a kit, which saves about 10% off the installed price.

Where we build

We build in Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas and Mississippi. Delivery, installation and anchoring are included in the quoted price anywhere we build. Concrete pads are a separate matter — we offer them through a third-party contractor within 50 miles of West Monroe, Louisiana, so tell us the town or zip where your building is going and someone on our team will check whether it falls in that area.
